Landmark Homes is owned and managed by Paul and Debbie Clarke. They understand both the excitement that comes with home building, and the nervousness of the unknown, having helped so many New Zealanders build for the first time.
Our History
Debbie and Paul started out with their own well structured building company, which evolved into a national operation after documenting and implementing their business systems and procedures alongwith with recruiting committed Franchisees, has made Landmark Homes what it is today.
“Initially we ran a building company in Tauranga, and then were asked for our beautiful designs outside the region in The Coromandel. Then we were asked to build a Landmark Home in Palmerston North, then Wanaka, all by virtual remote control. By the end of 2005 we had finished the documentation of our systems and opened the first franchise outside Tauranga in Counties, South Auckland.” says Debbie.
“We now have Franchisees across the country who have adopted our approach and utilised our long established systems to confidently offer a high quality service to our homeowners. We love to see what they achieve in their region of New Zealand.” says Paul.
